5.4. No Tax Advice or Assurances: Money Miles Ltd. does not provide any tax advice or assurances regarding the accuracy or compliance of tax calculations or submissions. All tax matters are governed by HMRC, and you are encouraged to seek independent professional tax advice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content are the exclusive property of Money Miles Ltd.

7. Termination

Money Miles Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for breaches of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. SPECIFICALLY, MONEY MILES LTD. MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLIANCE OF ANY TAX CALCULATIONS OR SUBMISSIONS MADE THROUGH THE PLATFORM. ALL TAX-RELATED MATTERS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER AND ARE GOVERNED BY HMRC REGULATIONS.
